As the year 2023 comes to an end, Sensor Tower provides an overview of how the top io games fared on the Android platform in Australia during the fourth quarter. These games have continued to entertain and engage users, as indicated by their download and active user numbers.

Paper.io 2 from VOODOO had a fluctuating quarter, with revenue peaking at around $346K in early October before sliding down to $212K by the end of December. Downloads saw a steep decline from 13K in late September to 3K by the end of October, but rebounded to reach nearly 8K in the last week of December. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, dropping from 32K to 14K in November, then climbing back up to nearly 24K by the quarter's end.

Another VOODOO title, Hole.io, also experienced a varied quarter. The game's revenue started at $113K and saw a downturn to $59K in November, before rising to $141K in the final week of December. The download numbers reflected a dip from 2.6K to 843 in early November, but surged to 3.9K by December 25th. Weekly active users declined from 16K to 8K in November, later increasing to over 18K by the year's end.

Downloads experienced a massive jump from 1.4K to 5.8K in late November, maintaining a solid performance with 4.9K by the final week. The weekly active users nearly tripled, from 3K in September to a peak of 11K in early December.

CASUAL AZUR GAMES's Worms Zone .io - Hungry Snake observed a decrease in revenue from $209K in late September to $51K by Christmas. Downloads were initially at 824, dipping to 445 in early December, and then slightly increasing to 691. Weekly active users saw a rise from 5.8K to 6.8K by the end of the quarter.
